    January 21, 2026 Mori Kabiri , Founder and Author of Legal Operations KPIs, will be in Hong Kong in January as part of his Asia-Pacific trip, and we are pleased to share that ALITA and LITE Lab@HKU will be hosting him for the first roundtable of 2026, “Measuring Success.” This is designed as a working, peer-based conversation for legal operations and in-house legal leaders who are building more modern ways of running legal teams. The focus is practical, how to define success in a way the business understands, how to choose metrics that leadership can trust, and how to use those metrics to support real operational decisions.
