Mori Kabiri, author of Legal Operations KPIs and Law Firm KPIs, will be in Hong Kong in January as part of his Asia-Pacific trip, and we are pleased to share that ALITA and LITE Lab@HKU will be hosting a dedicated Law Firm Roundtable Series 2026 session, “Measuring Success.”
Law firms are making real changes to how they deliver legal services through process improvement, technology adoption, and AI. The harder part is measurement: defining what success looks like in practice and tracking it in ways that support decisions, partners and business services leaders actually need to make.
This roundtable is built as a practical, peer-based discussion on measurement that connects to delivery performance, operational execution, and how firms evaluate progress when change is happening fast
Mori will be joined by experienced discussants, including Siew Fong Yiap (Ashurst), Carl Li (Linklaters), and Brian Tang (ALITA Co-Chair, LITE Lab@HKU Founding Executive Director). If you would like to attend, the session takes place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM (HKT, GMT+08:00) at Ashurst, 43/F Jardine House, Central, and it is hybrid. After you register, the Zoom link will be shared with confirmed attendees.
