Mori Kabiri, Founder and Author of Legal Operations KPIs, will be in Hong Kong in January as part of his Asia-Pacific trip, and we are pleased to share that ALITA and LITE Lab@HKU will be hosting him for the first roundtable of 2026, “Measuring Success.”
This is designed as a working, peer-based conversation for legal operations and in-house legal leaders who are building more modern ways of running legal teams. The focus is practical, how to define success in a way the business understands, how to choose metrics that leadership can trust, and how to use those metrics to support real operational decisions.
Mori will be joined by experienced APAC practitioners as discussants, including Shogo Osaka (FedEx), Ann Leung (MTR), and Brian W. Tang (ALITA Co-Chair, LITE Lab@HKU Founding Executive Director), bringing an on-the-ground perspective across industries and operating models.
If you would like to attend, this roundtable takes place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM (HKT, GMT+08:00) at HKU Law, 6/F Cheng Yu Tung Tower, HKU, Pokfulam, and it is hybrid. After you register, the Zoom link will be shared with confirmed attendees.
