About the role

You will turn messy operational data into simple, decision-ready views for executives. Tooling is not prescribed; bring experience with at least one mainstream BI tool and basic querying.

Responsibilities

• Create quick diagnostic dashboards to evidence current-state issues and early wins.

• Build a lightweight KPI catalog and a simple data dictionary that business users can maintain.

• Perform basic data checks and reconcile numbers across sources.

• Package charts and narratives that non-technical leaders can understand in one pass.

• Partner with Process and PM to quantify benefits and track results.

 

Requirements (must have)

• Portuguese and English fluency; comfortable presenting findings in English.

• 3–6 years in analytics or BI.

• Proficiency in a mainstream BI tool and strong spreadsheet skills.

• Ability to use a query language to pull and shape data at a basic level.

• Either prior work with legal data (matters, contracts, invoices, compliance) or a record of learning new domains fast and validating business logic with stakeholders.

• Self-sufficient in scoping, prioritizing, and communicating blockers early.

 

Nice to have (differentials)

• Experience defining KPI ownership and simple data-governance guardrails.

• Comfort integrating exports from common enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with lightweight ETL or data prep tooling.

 

Conversion to full-time (CLT) — what changes

• May take ongoing ownership of an executive KPI pack and quality gates.

• May lead internal analytics standards and mentor junior analysts.

• Benefits package defined at conversion (see note above).

 

Travel and availability

• Occasional travel to client locations in Rio or São Paulo. Outcome-oriented, flexible hours.
