In this session, José Fernando Campos, Legal Manager at Even Construtora, will share how his team approaches non-financial KPIs in the legal department, focusing on building useful metrics beyond budget and billing such as internal satisfaction, response time, and involvement in business decisions. He will introduce the Legal Value Pyramid as a way to link legal work to business strategy, explain how KPIs support progress up that pyramid, and discuss how to choose the right indicators, engage the team, and keep the process simple and sustainable. He’ll also share examples from his own department and lessons learned from efforts that didn’t go as planned.
