Location: Brazil, remote, preference for Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo for client visits
Contract model: Start as PJ consultant (CNPJ required), possibility of CLT conversion (efetivação) after 3–6 months. CLT may be via EOR.
Work model: Remote with occasional travel

About the role
You will lead short, high-impact assessments for enterprise clients. You plan discovery, run workshops, synthesize findings, and present a pragmatic roadmap in clear English. We are outcome first and tool agnostic; technology references are intentionally generic so we can align to each client’s stack.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute discovery: stakeholder interviews, workshops, synthesis.

Build the assessment pack: current state, key gaps, quick wins, 6–12 month roadmap.

Manage scope, cadence, risks; align executives with crisp weekly updates.

Coordinate onsite sessions in Rio or São Paulo when needed; ensure an excellent client experience.

Orchestrate a small pod of consultants and analysts to ensure quality.

Keep recommendations vendor-neutral and context-appropriate.

Requirements (must have)

Portuguese fluency; strong English for writing and presenting.

5+ years in project management, consulting, transformation, or internal change.

Strong facilitation, synthesis, and executive storytelling.

Proven ability to work self-sufficiently in remote settings, managing priorities and deadlines.

Either prior exposure to the legal industry (legal ops, contracts, compliance, litigation support, legal tech) or a documented ability to ramp fast in regulated domains.

Familiarity with common enterprise process and service models. Methods such as BPMN, Lean, or IT service practices are a plus.

Ability to navigate generic enterprise platforms and integrate with client tools without reliance on a single stack.

Experience in utilities, media, shared services, or corporate legal departments.

Change management and stakeholder mapping.

Comfort guiding light vendor assessments or RFP criteria without bias.

Conversion to full-time (CLT) — what changes

May own a stable client portfolio and internal delivery playbooks.

May mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales scoping.

Travel and availability

Occasional travel to client locations in Rio or São Paulo, usually 10–20 percent. Flexible hours; we work by outcomes.
