Mori Kabiri, author of Legal Operations KPIs and Law Firm KPIs, will be in Hong Kong in January as part of his Asia-Pacific trip, and ALITA and LITE Lab@HKU are pleased to host him for the Law Firm Roundtable Series 2026 session, “Measuring Success.” As law firms continue improving service delivery through process change, technology, and AI, this roundtable will focus on what success looks like in practice, and how firms can measure it in a way that supports real decisions.
