Legal Operations & KPIs Forum | InfiniGlobe
Location:
Remote
Language: Fluent English required
Help build a global professional community

InfiniGlobe is hiring a Global Programs & Operations Manager to help lead the operations and growth of the Legal Operations & KPIs Forum, while working directly with our founder and CEO on related programs and selected business initiatives.

The Forum brings together legal operations professionals, corporate legal teams, law firms, and academics to exchange practical ideas about performance, technology, AI, and better business decisions. Our work connects people across Brazil and wider LATAM, North America, Europe/EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

This is an opportunity to build international relationships, take visible responsibility, and help shape how a growing global initiative operates. You will work closely with chapter leaders, speakers, clients, and partners while keeping programs organized and projects moving.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership: understanding what needs to happen, deciding how to organize the work, communicating confidently, and following through.

What you will own

Global programs and events

  • Manage the calendar and delivery of Forum sessions, chapter meetings, working groups, workshops, and related initiatives.

  • Coordinate the event process from planning through follow-up, including speaker preparation, agendas, invitations, participant communications, materials, and technical checks.

  • Open virtual meetings, welcome participants, introduce speakers, communicate housekeeping information, and help sessions run smoothly.

  • Work with chapter chairs and contributors to maintain consistent preparation, communication, and delivery across regions.

Professional relationships and community engagement

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for speakers, chapter leaders, clients, partners, and participants.

  • Write clear, professional correspondence and manage follow-ups with appropriate judgment and attention to detail.

  • Use LinkedIn to research relevant professionals, build relationships, and support the visibility of Forum programs.

  • Coordinate event announcements, invitations, and recaps with supporting colleagues, maintaining a consistent professional voice.

Executive partnership and project management

  • Work directly with the founder to translate priorities into practical plans, with clear owners, deadlines, and next steps.

  • Manage agreed projects connected to LegalOpsKPIs and InfiniGlobe, including meeting preparation, scheduling, research, materials, and client follow-through.

  • Maintain a clear view of active commitments, identify competing deadlines, and recommend adjustments before delivery is affected.

  • Resolve routine issues independently, bring decisions forward when needed, and provide concise progress updates.

  • Coordinate and delegate work to supporting colleagues, communicate expectations clearly, and review deliverables.

Research, technology, and better ways of working

  • Research potential speakers, organizations, topics, and collaboration opportunities, then summarize findings and recommendations.

  • Use AI tools to support research, writing, planning, and productivity while checking accuracy and exercising your own judgment.

  • Test registration, communication, and member-facing workflows; document issues clearly and coordinate improvements with the technical team.

  • Develop practical checklists, templates, and processes that make recurring work easier to manage.

  • Track useful measures of program delivery, participation, and feedback, and recommend improvements.

What you bring

  • Fluent spoken and written English. You can communicate comfortably with senior international professionals, write polished correspondence, and introduce a live meeting in English.

  • Relevant experience and demonstrated ownership. Typically two or more years in program management, operations, professional events, or senior executive support, including responsibility for delivering projects independently. Equivalent experience with strong evidence of ownership is welcome.

  • Strong prioritization and follow-through. You can manage several active commitments, maintain a reliable tracking system, and make sensible decisions when priorities change.

  • Professional confidence. You are comfortable communicating with clients, speakers, and senior leaders, including on camera.

  • An active, professional LinkedIn presence. You enjoy building relationships and participating in an international professional community.

  • Practical digital skills. You learn new systems quickly and are comfortable with collaboration tools, project tracking, virtual meeting platforms, and AI-assisted work.

  • Good judgment and discretion. You handle sensitive information carefully, ask focused questions, and recognize when a decision requires input.

  • Curiosity and initiative. You notice gaps, suggest improvements, and take responsibility for seeing work through.

Additional strengths we value

  • Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages alongside fluent English.

  • Experience in legal operations, legal technology, professional services, education, or a professional association.

  • Experience working with international teams or communities.

  • Experience coordinating colleagues, contractors, or service providers.

Candidates from other professional backgrounds are welcome if they bring strong operational experience and an interest in learning about legal operations, KPIs, and technology.

Why join us?

  • Meaningful international exposure: Work directly with professionals and organizations across regions and cultures.

  • Visible responsibility: Help shape programs, improve operations, and represent the Forum in professional settings.

  • Relevant learning: Develop your understanding of legal operations, performance measurement, AI, and the business of legal services.

  • Room to contribute: Join a growing initiative where useful ideas and reliable execution can make a clear difference.

What success looks like

The Forum has a reliable forward calendar. Speakers, clients, and chapter leaders receive timely communication. Projects have clear responsibilities and deadlines. Problems are identified early, and recommendations come with them.

Working arrangements

This is a remote role based in Brazil or elsewhere in South America. Working hours will include agreed overlap with U.S. Pacific Time and scheduled flexibility for international sessions.
